Quality and Functionality.
ME-92® and ME-92NR™ coatings are of the highest quality material. Using our proprietary application and controls, each process is monitored closely and documented thoroughly to maintain consistent and repeatable methods.

The ME-92® coating process is a proprietary, low temperature application process that applies a protective, chromium coating to the component's surface without altering the integrity of the base material.

State of the art measuring systems and equipment are used to verify ME-92's precision deposits:

X-Ray Fluorescent thickness measuring devices capable of measuring microns.
Laser-mikes are also used to measure precise deposit thicknesses.

ME-92 Operations is ISO 9001-2000 certified. In addition, ME-92® has many years of experience in complying with individual medical company specifications. Each component sent to ME-92® is lot controlled and processed separately from other components.
